Refund Policy
Purify is operated by StatementFlow. This policy explains how refunds work for Purify subscriptions.
1. Payment Processing
All payments for Purify are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, sales tax, currency conversion, and refund processing on our behalf. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your contract for payment is with Paddle, not directly with StatementFlow.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your Purify subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in two ways:

- —Contact Paddle directly through the payment receipt email you received when you subscribed.
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
